When a Consultant signs up, they receive training and support right away. A strict Independent Consultant code of ethics is required to be maintained by every Consultant. There are two levels to start as an Independent Consultant: a Preferred Client and a Consultant.

Preferred Clients must purchase a $29 starter kit, which includes a catalog, brochure, manual and product samples. There is a 20% discount on products for Preferred Clients. Preferred Clients have access to monthly promotions and product specials.

Consultants must purchase a $109 starter kit, which includes essential business marketing aids such as presentation charts, action plans, and prospecting packs. A carry bag is also provided for the starter pack. If you prefer to start as a Consultant, you will receive a 35% product discount.

From these two starting Independent Consulting positions, individuals can reach area manager and regional vice president positions.

The Arbonne compensation plan includes commissions on sales of products and through downline commissions and bonuses from mlm team sales efforts.
