What is the best skin care product over the counter? Specifically for pimples, rashes and redness.?

I hate my skin. Whenever I have pimples! Most of them are around the eyebrows and chin … that is where they are worse. I have always redness. I try not to pick, but sometimes I can not stand it anymore. They are the raw material and not what I use can not get rid of them. Therefore, it comes down to two things: 1.
