Skin Care Naturally
I’m 14, I’m entering my freshmen year of high school, and I want to start taking care of my skin naturally.
My rule is: Don’t put anything on your body that you can’t eat or put inside your body..
I have oily skin, and I’m African American.
My plan for better skin(needs some tweeking,so I need some suggestions.
1. Cleanse my face with powdered milk(full of AHA’s and lactic acid)
2.Tone my face with steeped chamomile tea.
3.Moisturize with honey(humectant).
And the same thing at night…
HELP!!
wash your face three times a day, with soap and hot water and then cold water afterwards, buy face wash that keeps oil off your skin, wash your face with it in the morning and at night. trust me i’m a sophmore and my face was a mess in freshman year and now it is completely clear.
