Toner is necessary for skin care?

Hi, we've all heard the, tone, moisturize cleansing (exfoliating twince once weekly). I've heard some people that if you have a good cleaner, and you're doing is working properly, you really do not need toner? Thank you for your contributions. X.

i personally do not use a toner cartridge. I was told that a toner cartridge is to eliminate all additional or compensating impurities left by the cleaner. and you said, invest in a good cleanser and toner is not necessary
