first, Johnny is super modest and humble despite being soo rich and successful, he never acts superior than others, he goes and gets wet in the rain to sign autographs for fans and goes out of his way when someone needs him,he never shows or tell what he owns or do.
You, on the other hand sound arrogant and full of yourself that may attract some materialistic girls for a while, but nobody will ever love you, just your “attributes”.
People are not a collection of attributes, the most important things cannot be bought or achieved. Some of these priceless, beautiful personality traits are: modesty, unpretentiousness, humbleness when you have these you feel proud of yourself but never better than others
