Hi, I’m 12 years old and I’m addicted to watching beauty gurus’ advice on youtube. Anyways, I was watching juicystar07 and she did a review on the Clinique 3 Step Skin Care System. I learned about it and how to use it, and I found out I’m a level 3. Can I use it even though I’m 12?? Please help!
