Help on Skin Care Routine & the Best Products?
Hi. I would like to start getting into a skin routine to help keep my skin healthy. I know that i should drink 8 glasses of water and gets lots of sleep.
So could any give me some advice on what “type of products” I should get. Also which are the best products that are not stupidly expensive.
I’m not really an expert but I heard that maybe I should have a cleanser, a toner and a moisturiser?? But I’m not sure.
My skin is not greasy or that dry. But it can be a bit sensitive and dryer than normal when using certain products.I’m 16 but I don’t get many spots but i do have tiny pimples on my nose and chin. which I would like to clear.
So if anyone could recommend some products that have worked or know that would be good.
I haven’t really got acne. Just a few pimples like I said.
First use something like simple facial wipes they are really good and aren’t to harsh on your skin, they also remove make up if you wear it. Then use a toner which many brands supply and a gentle or light moisturiser because you are still young. Do this morning and night. When you do get pimples use a gel or cream such as clinique anti-blemish gel which i heard is really good. Also every once in a while use a facial scrub to make your skin extra soft and to lift away dead skin cells.
Also do drink 8 glasses of water and try to eat healthily as it makes a difference.
