Should I use soap with essential oils?
I read that if you are using essential oils for skin care, use only soap for washing. I also heard that it is not necessary, and may be detrimental, to use any soap when you can rely solely on oil for cleaning your skin. Soap – yes or no? And if so what kind? Thanks!
