Effervescent Energy Drink
How do I get through a 3 hour exam without needing to pee?
At university and have exams next week starting at 10 in the morning and last for 3 hours. I drink Berocca in the mornings (incase you don’t know what that is, it’s like a energy vitamin effervescent drink – wonderful). Anyway, you obviously need to pee afterwards at some point. Plus, you need to drink water to stop your brain dehydrating in the exam. May be a stupid question, but would really help as any minute peeing is a minute wasted!!!
Go to the bathroom before the exam, and if you need energy, try to get as much sleep as possible the night before, and try eating fruits such as bananas for energy, so you won’t have to drink anything.. Also if all else fails try not to think and worry that you will need to go to the bathroom, and you won’t need to go.
