Why does my hair get so dry/frizzy so fast?
I’m a guy with intensely dry hair for some reason.
After a shower, my hair is nice and wet, so I can see it sparkle.
However after only about 15 minutes, once all the water evaporates, I’m left with dry hair that looks lifeless and dull. I use shampoo and conditioner (the green Fruit conditioner thing – lol I don’t remember names) every day but they don’t help at all? Maybe drying my hair with a towel is removing that conditioner?

A generous oil application and massage is recommended before washing the hair. Frequent shampooing is harmful for dry hair. Sometimes lack of nutrients can also cause dry brittle hair.
