Dry Hair Powder
Why does my foundation and powder always look dry and caked?
I have tried all the day face creams before putting on my make up. I let it dry then apply my foundation, then powder. But it seems like no matter what kind of cream or makeup I use my face always looks dry and caked. Never smooth and pretty. I have clear skin, no acne. Help! What am I doing wrong?
Also what color eye shadow looks best of me, I have dark brown hair, dark blue eyes, and fair to medium skin?
i use bare minerals and my make-up never looks caked on or dry. I also use a primer and a moisturizer before putting on my make up which seems to help
