How much olive oil should i use in my poofy, dry hair?
Hi everyone! ok so i was looking through some of the questions on here about using olive oil in hair. My hair is always extremely dry and poofy after i have a shower, so i thought I would try it out. I used ehow for the directions but using so much oil and massaging my scalp for such a long time made it super oily and it took two days to get out! but it also made it a lot shinier and and a ton less frizzy, but just too oily, so im wondering if anyone would know of a good amount? thanks soo much it would really help me:) also im 13 if it that helps at all!
You should use about 1/2 a cup of olive oil.
Or just cut the amount you used last time in half.
Also, heating the olive oil in the microwave for around 45 seconds helps. That way, you can use the olive oil as a deep conditioning treatment.
