Dry Hair Dandruff
Natural dandruff (and psoriasis) remedy? For course, dry hair and dry scalp?
Does anybody know of any good, natural ways to keep dandruff and psoriasis under control?
I’m half black, half asian, and my hair and scalp are really dry and I have dandruff and dry scalp/hair/skin problems. Lately it’s been getting really bad, and I want to get this under control!
I’m half-asian and half-white, and I’ve found the best thing for me is using dilute Apple Cider Vinegar (1 splash vinegar / 1 cup water).
I get my hair wet, pour in the mixture, then let it sit while I shower, and finish with washing it out (just a regular shampoo). After about a week, my hair is dandruff free! This worked especially well on my husband–the dandruff does come back, but it just takes a day or two of the vinegar treatment to get it gone again. Way better than those super stinky (and expensive) chemical shampoos.
