Better to color you hair with damp or dry hair?
I am using 110 from nice and easy and it doesnt say either way, but…..is it better colorwise or better for your hair for it to be damp or dry while coloring.ALSO clean or dirty
DRY. Always dye it while it’s dry even if it’s dirty.
